4. Customer Account and B2B Registration
Our shop is intended exclusively for business customers. When you register as a dealer, we process the information required to review and manage your business account, such as name, company, address, email address, phone number and VAT ID. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures and our legitimate interest in verifying B2B access.
5. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, we process the information required to handle the order, including billing and delivery data, ordered products, prices, tax information and order status. Payment processing is currently based on direct bank transfer. We process this data to fulfil our contractual obligations and statutory accounting duties.
6. Inventory, Accounting and sevDesk
We use sevDesk for commercial order and accounting processes. Order, customer and invoice-related data may be transferred to sevDesk where this is necessary for order processing, bookkeeping, tax documentation and business administration.
7. Adobe Fonts and Consent
For the visual presentation of the website, fonts may be loaded via an external font provider if you consent to this in the website’s consent banner. If you do not consent, the website uses fallback fonts. When external fonts are loaded, technical usage data such as the IP address may be transmitted to the provider.

Only after you select the unchecked consent box and send a message does our server transmit your input and up to ten preceding conversation entries to OpenRouter, Inc. and the fixed model host Fireworks.ai, Inc. Both providers are based in the USA and processing may take place there. The model is Kimi K3. Your browser does not connect directly to these AI providers. We do not transmit your browser IP address, account data, orders or dealer prices as AI context. However, information you type yourself can be included. Please do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information.
Processing of voluntary chat information is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time using “Withdraw consent and clear conversation” in the chat. This clears local history, aborts pending requests where technically possible and prevents further requests without renewed consent. It cannot undo processing already performed. You may contact our team directly instead; use of the shop and dealer access do not depend on chat consent.
We do not persist chat texts on our server or in browser storage. History exists in the open window’s memory. API requests require Zero Data Retention and exclude providers using inputs for training. This does not mean providers process no technical billing or security metadata. For abuse prevention we store hourly request counters under a daily-changing IP-derived key and aggregate daily and monthly counters; expired counters are cleared on subsequent requests. General server-log information remains applicable.
The chat makes no automated decisions on dealer approvals or orders. Its contact function lets you copy the conversation; it sends nothing automatically. Provider information is linked below.
